Tell us a little bit about yourself. Do you have a day job? Hobbies?
Well, just as my name suggests, I am a lady of many colours (or jobs, as you call them haha). But first of all, I actually like to refer to them all as 'jobbies' as I actually love everything I do, so nothing feels like 'work'!
My favourite jobbie is being a mum to my beautiful daughter Darcy, who is almost 4. I do have a 'desk job', which is in marketing, but I'm lucky that I work with some amazing people who make each day fun and exciting. And lastly, I am my own boss! While 50% of my 'working' time is spent at my day job, the other 50% (which quickly turns into 200%) is spent on my own brand - creating big, bright and bold digital artwork and designs! So, taking all that into consideration, I don't have a lot of spare time for anything else! I do make sure though (although it IS hard at times) to make time for my family and friends, as spending time with them is what truly makes my heart smile. That and tacos.

When did you start drawing and where do you draw inspiration from?
I have loved art from a VERY young age. Always my favourite subject at school, it was something that I always dabbled in, but never thought I could utilise it as an actual job. I have been on a creative journey since 2014 and finding the right path for me has been tricky with ALOT of various projects completed along the way. I got my first iPad Pro last year and that's when things really stepped up a level and before I knew it, I was designing fabrics for amazing labels such as yours (that's us, JRC ha)! Creating 'wearable art' has been my passion since I first embarked on my first small business back in 2014 (hand painted necklaces!) and I think it has gradually grown and developed over the years to lead me to where I am today - and I could not be happier!

As for my inspiration - it comes from everyday life! Some of my most signature styles are based on one of my one true loves... food! (Ha!) I like to take things that you would usually not take a second glance at and turn them into something bright and fun. I LOVE abstract designs and often just draw random shapes when I need some time out and they usually end up turning into some of my favourite designs. I love anything floral and have lost count of the amount of crazy new leopard print styles I've created!
Do you collaborate with other creatives often? What's your favourite things about collaborating?
Collaborating is my FAVOURITE! I would not be where I am today without my amazing collaborators. All those who took a chance on me, trusted me and encouraged me to bring their ideas to life, or just gave me complete creative freedom! I love meeting new creatives and cheering on my favourite makers.
What's your favourite piece from the collection?
ALL OF THEM! Haha. I adore the beach dress and am super excited to rock it barefoot in my backyard this spring.
The most important question. Coriander, love or hate?
LOVE! Mexican food is my life, and Mexican without coriander is just meat and corn chips.
