The Black Friday sale kicks off at 10:00am AEST on Tuesday, 11 November 2025 and ends at 10:00am AEST on Tuesday, 18 November 2025.

DISCOUNTS & GENERAL TERMS

  1. Enjoy 20–70% off sitewide during the sale period.

  2. All offers are valid only during the Black Friday sale window.

  3. Prices are as marked unless otherwise stated.

  4. No additional discount codes or coupons can be used unless specifically noted.

  5. Discounts cannot be applied to past or future purchases outside of the sale dates.

  1. Available while stocks last only.

  2. Free gifts must show in your cart redeemed. If it isn’t in your cart at checkout, it won’t be included in your order.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

  1. Due to high demand, please allow up to 10–14 business days for your order to be dispatched.

  2. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking via email.

  3. Delivery delays may occur due to couriers or volume – thank you for your patience!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. Items discounted by 50% or more are final sale – they are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly marked.

  2. All other sale items are eligible for return for store credit only, unless faulty as per Australian Consumer Law.

  3. If returning part of an order that included a gift with purchase, and your remaining spend drops below the gift threshold, the gift must be returned as well.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO

  1. Once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee any changes (such as address updates, item swaps or combining orders).

Every order automatically counts — no separate entry needed! Multiple orders = multiple entries.

The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Orders must be placed directly through the Jericho Road Clothing website during the promotional period. Cancelled or refunded orders are not eligible.

One lucky winner will be chosen at random on Wednesday, 19th November 2025 and notified via email. We’ll also share the winner’s first name on our social media stories and email newsletter (because we love celebrating you!). If the prize isn’t claimed within 7 days, another winner will be drawn.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

We understand that you are probably very excited to receive your pre-order ASAP but we just wanted to let you know of a few things to bear in mind before placing a pre-order. 

All pre-order items will be clearly marked along with the estimated dispatch date or month on each product page. While we will endeavour to have your order dispatched the time frame listed, it is subject to reasonable change for manufacturing and/or delivery delays. You will be notified of any delays via the email address entered upon check out. 

If you purchased in stock items at the same time as pre-order items, all items will be sent once your pre-order item is in stock. If you wish to split the delivery of items, please place two separate orders or email us customerservice@jerichoroadclothing.com.au.

Payment for pre-orders is taken at the time of placing your order.

GIFT CARDS & E-GIFT CARDS

When purchased online (or gifted from your bestie if you're lucky) our gift cards are special dollary-doos that can be used to buy goodies at www.jerichoroadclothing.com.au

Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase and cannot be transferred, topped up, exchanged for cash or returned for a refund. Gift cards can only be redeemed online at www.jerichoroadclothing.com.au and cannot be used in-store, at markets or at Jericho Road Clothing events. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase more gift cards. 

PROMOTIONAL GIFT VOUCHERS

Promotional or donated gift cards are valid until the date specified on the card. These cards cannot be transferred, reloaded or topped up. Only one code is valid per online order. Promotional gift cards are only valid online and cannot be redeemed in store or at Jericho Road Clothing events and markets.
