All of our orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped or up to 10 business days during peak sale periods (new releases, sales, Christmas time, you know, that sort of stuff). Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

We ship all of our orders (including international) with Australia Post. If you want to get an estimate of how long it will take to receive your order, visit the AusPost website and pop in our postcode (4120) to yours. Easy peasey, lemon squeezy. Please note that the AusPost shipping time frames are in addition to our dispatch times. 

When shipping internationally, customers are responsible for organising their own acceptance of terms based on the delivery options they choose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Please note that all duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.
