When can I expect to receive my order?
We are hoping to have all orders packed and shipped by mid June. There can be delays & hold-ups but we will keep you notified via email along the way.

Can I return or exchange?
You sure can! We'll be ordering a couple of extra in each size to accommodate for exchanges. All of our usual returns policy applies.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, you can modify your order, but modifications must be made before your order ships, which is scheduled for mid-June. Please ensure any changes are finalized before this time. As for cancellations, they are possible, and a gift card will be issued for the amount paid. Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancelled pre-orders. Thank you for your understanding.
What happens if there are delays in production or shipping?
Delays in production or shipping can occasionally occur and may be out of our control. Rest assured, we will keep you notified of any delays via email. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such circumstances.
I'm ordering other items with my pre-order item, when will they be shipped?
Your additional items will be shipped together with your pre-order item in mid-June. If you require the other items sooner, we kindly ask that you place separate orders for them. This ensures efficient processing and delivery of all your items. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
