Return policy

Here at JRC, we want all of our customers to absolutely love their new purchase. If for any reason your purchase is not quite right for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days of placing your order in exchange for an online gift card (valid for 3 years). Please note that we do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty. 

Returned items must meet the following conditions…
New and unworn with original swing tags attached.
No make-up or fake tan marks, the smell of perfumes or deodorants and no pet hair.

Non-returnable items include…
Items sold at a heavily discounted price (50% off or greater)
Items marked as seconds or samples.
Gift cards, swimwear & earrings.

How do I return my order?
Returning is easy peasy! 
Click on SUBMIT RETURN on our home page and follow the prompts. 
If you have any questions/troubles, just email our friendly team at customerservice@jerichoroadclothing.com.au and we’ll get back to you in a jiffy. 
Please note: we do not accept pick-ups and drop-offs. 

Can I exchange my order?
We now only offer gift cards for returns. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a gift card to the e-mail on your original order and you can jump back onto www.jerichoroadclothing.com.au to buy the size/style you need. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

I received a faulty/incorrect item.
We are so sorry that you have received a faulty/incorrect item. Simply follow the prompts in the return portal and we’ll get this rectified for you ASAP. 

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
You can absolutely try but we can’t make any promises, our packing fairies are very efficient! Pop an email through to customerservice@jerichoroadclothing.com.au as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your changes. 
The address entered at the checkout is the address we send to. Our team make no changes to addresses. If your order has already been lodged with Australia Post, you can redirect your parcel to a new delivery address through your MyPost App or contacting Aus Post direct. Alternatively, you can wait for it to arrive and follow the returns process. If your parcel is unable to be delivered due to an error at the checkout or returned to sender (RTS), Jericho Road Clothing will contact the customer with the options available to resend your parcel. All reshipment costs will be at the buyers expense.
