RETURNS POLICY

 

Here at JRC, we want all of our customers to absolutely love their new purchase. If for any reason your purchase is not quite right for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days of placing your order in exchange for an online gift card (valid for 3 years). Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item is faulty.

 

Returned items must meet the following conditions…

New and unworn with original swing tags attached.

No make-up or fake tan marks, the smell of perfumes or deodorants and no pet hair.

 

Non-returnable items include…

Items sold at a heavily discounted price (50% off or greater)

Items marked as seconds or samples.

Gift cards, swimwear & earrings.

RETURNS PROCESS

 

  1. Lodge your return via our online returns portal.
  2. Post your return within 7 days of lodging it through the online portal. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We HIGHLY recommend sending it with a trackable service and keeping the tracking number. Jericho Road Clothing can not be held responsible for any returns lost in transit.
  3. You will receive an email with the final steps (please check your junk folder too).
  4. JRC will process your return and email your online gift card to you within 3 business days.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

 

Returning is easy peasy!

  1. Click on the returns tab on our home page (or drop down menu on a device).
  2. Enter your order number and email address that you used at the time of purchase. If you cannot find your order number, please email us at customerservice@jerichoroadclothing.com.au
  3. Select the item/s you wish to return.
  4. Select the reason for your return (too small, too big, change of mind or other).
  5. Select ‘store credit’.
  6. Finalise your return.

You will then receive an email with the next steps and return address. If you do not receive an email (please check your junk folder too), you have not completed the return process entirely.

Please note: we do not accept pick-ups and drop-offs.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

 

We do not offer exchanges. Please follow the steps for returning above and select ‘store credit’. You can then use your online credit to purchase any item in store. Online gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Please note - we do not hold sizes or styles.

I RECEIVED A FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM

 

We are so very sorry that you have received a faulty/incorrect item. We will get your replacement/correct item out to you ASAP. To get the ball rolling, please follow the returns procedure below.

  1. Click on the returns tab on our home page (or drop down menu on a device).
  2. Enter your order number and email address that you used at the time of purchase. If you cannot find your order number, please email us at customerservice@jerichoroadclothing.com.au
  3. Select the item/s you are returning.
  4. Select the reason for return (faulty item or received wrong item).
  5. Select ‘exchange’ if you would like the same garment sent out. Select ‘store credit’ if you wish to have a gift card (valid for 3 years) to spend on anything from our online store OR select ‘refund’ if you wish to have the cost of your garment refunded to your original payment method.
  6. Finalise your return.

You will then receive an email with the next steps and return address. If you do not receive an email (please check your junk folder too), you have not completed the return process entirely.

Garments which have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Please note: we do not accept pick-ups and drop-offs.

All of our orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped or up to 5 business days during peak periods (new releases, sales, Christmas time, you know, that sort of stuff). Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking details..

We ship all of our orders (including international) with Australia Post. If you want to get an estimate of how long it will take to receive your order, visit the AusPost website and pop in our postcode (4120) to yours. Easy peasey, lemon squeezy.

Please note: the AusPost shipping time frames are in addition to our dispatch times.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

 

You can absolutely try but we can’t make any promises, our packing fairies are insanely efficient! Pop an email through to customerservice@jerichoroadclothing.com.au as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your changes.

The address entered at the checkout is the address we send to. Our team make no changes to addresses. If your order has already been lodged with Australia Post, unfortunately you will need to wait for it to arrive and follow the returns process. If your parcel is unable to be delivered due to an error at the checkout or returned to sender (RTS), Jericho Road Clothing will contact the customer with the options available to resend your parcel. All reshipment costs will be at the buyers expense.
