Here at JRC, we want all of our customers to absolutely love their new purchase. If for any reason your purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to help!
Our Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of placing your order in exchange for an online gift card, valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Please note that we do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Conditions for Return
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original swing tags still attached
- Free from makeup, fake tan marks, perfume, deodorant and pet hair

Conditions for Return

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items discounted at 50% or more
- Items marked as seconds or samples
- Gift cards
- Swimwear
- Earrings
How to Return Your Order
Returning is easy peasy! Visit our returns portal at jerichoroadclothing.com.au/pages/returns and follow the prompts. If you have any questions or run into trouble, email our friendly team at customerservice@jerichoroadclothing.com.au and we'll get back to you in a jiffy.
Please note: we do not accept pick-ups or drop-offs.
Exchanges
We now process all returns as gift cards rather than direct exchanges. Once your return has been processed, you'll receive a gift card to the email address on your original order — valid for 3 years. Simply jump back onto jerichoroadclothing.com.au to grab the size or style you need!
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We're so sorry if you've received a faulty or incorrect item! Simply follow the prompts in our returns portal and we'll get it sorted for you ASAP.
Order Changes
You can absolutely try to make changes after placing your order — but we can't make any promises as our packing fairies are very efficient! Email customerservice@jerichoroadclothing.com.au as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Please note that the address entered at checkout is the address we ship to — our team cannot make address changes once an order is placed. If your order has already been lodged with Australia Post, you can redirect your parcel through the MyPost app or by contacting AusPost directly. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you with reshipment options. All reshipment costs are at the buyer's expense.
