Adding a garment to your online shopping cart does not secure the item. Items are only secured once payment has been made. Once an order is placed, it CAN NOT be cancelled or changed so please be sure about your purchase before payment. If we are unable to fulfill an item/items in your order, you will be refunded for that particular item/s.

RETURNS POLICY
The JRC Outlet has a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy (this also includes ‘change of mind’). Returns will not be accepted via our customer service team. If these procedures are not followed accordingly, a $10 handling and re-stocking fee will be charged.
FAULTY ITEMS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are damaged when you receive in any way, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Faulty items must be reported to customerservice@jerichoroadclothing.com.au within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
